If you need help when we are closed
In the case of urgent need when the practice is closed you can call 111 to speak to an advisor. Your needs will be assessed and advice offered or arrangements made for you to see a doctor. You can also visit the Walk-in-Centre on Broad Lane.
Please do not ask to see a doctor out of hours unless you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.
Call 999 only in an emergency. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
Please note the practices closes one afternoon per month for training purposes.
How to make a complaint
Most complaints can be resolved at a local level. Please speak to a member of staff if you have a complaint; our staff are trained to handle complaints. Alternatively, ask to speak to the complaint’s manager, Michelle Smith, Practice Manager or Hannah Challenger, Assistant Practice Manager, but note this may need to be a booked appointment.
If for any reason you do not want to speak to a member of our staff, then you can request that the Integrated Care Board (ICB) investigates your complaint. They will contact us on your behalf:
